Introduce a “Duplicate Section” functionality that allows users to quickly copy an existing section, including its fields, settings, and configurations. The duplicated section could then be edited as needed.

Ability to pick a step in the workflow simulator
Today, in the workflow simulator, you must start from the beginning and cannot choose a specific step to start. It would be ideal to choose a specific workflow step instead. Example: I have a 120-step workflow, and I would like to start the test from step 72

Add the ability to collapse a branch in the workflow editor
It’s currently very difficult to scroll though very large workflows with large parallel branches. Please add the ability to collapse branch workflows. Add an expand and collapse all buttons anchored to the top of the screen so a user can collapse everything proactively on very large workflows.

In Kuali Build, add the ability to customized the route name in branches. Sometimes workflows can have many routes that currently just are numbered with an abbreviated description of the conditions. Current Example: Route 1: at least 1 of 2 conditions are… Requested Example: Route 1 : “English Department Selected”

Home screen app organization
We would love to be able to sort our apps in categorize sections or boxes. (similar to how you can put common apps in a folder on an iPhone) We have some apps that we don’t use and want to archive, but still have easily accessible if needed, and being able to drag/drop into a visible folder/section would be a really great ay to do that, and to keep our apps organized and easy to see

Add visible copy and paste controls in both the form builder and workflow builder. Today, users must know keyboard shortcuts to copy and paste fields or workflow steps, which makes the feature hard to discover. Visual controls would improve usability, reduce training friction, and help campus builders work faster.

Better Send Back Notifications Recently, Kuali added customizable “Send Back” notifications instead of generic emails. Improvement: Add clearer instructions like: “Please update budget justification section before resubmitting.” instead of generic system-generated emails.

So many times I have clicked out of the workflow tab too quickly, or because I thought I saw the ‘workflow saved’ message, only to come back and find that my work had not in fact saved. I'd like to see a Save button the might prevent this problem

Add Date Logic in Branching Criteria on Workflows
Add a feature in Build to trigger conditional branching in workflows based on logic like “if date chosen on date gadget is X days after/before [Specified Date], follow branch” The only conditional branching logic that currently exists for date gadgets is “is empty” or “is not empty”. Adding a date between, before, or after option on branching and will assist with processes that have diverging logic based on user specified dates.

“Multiple Choice” gadget to “Radio Buttons”
Update the gadget label from “Multiple Choice” to “Radio Buttons” so the name accurately reflects the control and aligns with common UI terminology. Why it matters: Clear, standard naming reduces confusion for builders and makes the product easier to learn.
